Do you offer OEM/ODM for our own brand?
Yes. We can private-label APs, PoE switches and controllers with your brand, custom packaging and tailored firmware defaults for volume projects.
What is your MOQ?
For standard models the MOQ is low and mixed-model orders are welcome. Custom-branded units have a higher MOQ — tell us the project size and we will quote.
Do you help with WiFi design?
Yes, free of charge. Send floor plans and we will recommend AP models, quantities and placement, plus the PoE switch sizing.
What warranty do you offer?
Standard 3-year warranty on all APs, switches and controllers, with advance replacement for bulk project orders.
What certifications do your products carry?
CE and RoHS as standard, with more regional certifications available for volume programs.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we export to 40+ countries via sea, air and express. Packaging is export-grade and customs-ready.
